Pump and Syringe Dispense Systems

C&D offers multiple methods for dispensing your chemistry in both our P8000 and P9000 family of products. Syringe systems are a great choice for small usage for R&D, small production runs or short shelf life chemistries. Pump systems are a great choice for higher volume production and longer shelf life materials. We can accommodate low to high viscosity materials in both the syringe and pump dispense systems.

The pumps C&D offer are excellent for higher wafer volume processes requiring very repeatable dispense volumes while the EFD syringe system offer disposable syringe volumes from 50 cc to 2 liters while the C&D syringe system offer a refillable reservoir. Both syringe and pump systems are controlled through the GUI of the C&D systems. This means the dispense can be recipe driven, saving chemical usage.

We offer a wide range of highly reliable IDI-Cybor pumps that are seamlessly integrated into any of the C&D systems, whether it be a developer, coater or frame track. C&D can accommodate most brands of pumps on the market. The viscosity of the materials determine the pump choice. The pumps are either mounted below the system or in a chemical cabinet based on customer requirements and space availability.

The syringe systems are typically mounted close to the coat bowl for easy access.
